Our Vision and Core Values

Busy Bees Readers Are Leaders Program has a sensitive and passionate approach to help motivate students to learn, appreciate learning and to give them the skills to think independently.

Our staff have many years of general teaching experience along with teaching children with learning difficulties. Our program enriches the minds of all our students of all cultural and learning backgrounds.

Our teachers are patient, with a genuine interest in helping, and have the ability to encourage our students to plan, start, and finish a task. They are also trained in specific content areas of the general education curriculum, as well, majority of our Teachers have a Masters Degree in the respective fields that they teach; and provide students not only with help for their program but give them valuable insight into the industry they're choosing.

Busy Bees Readers Are Leaders Program wants children to be competent readers! Therefore the staff at Busy Bees Readers Are Leaders Program will encourage children to develop a "love" for reading!

We believe that giving our students a solid educational foundation will enable them to develop a creative mind, and promote enthusiasm for learning.

We believe in enriching the minds of our students while encouraging them to work at their potential.

The Readers Are Leaders Method

Busy Bees Readers Are Leaders Program has a sensitive and passionate approach to help motivate students to learn, appreciate learning and to give them the skills to think independently.

We provide them the tools to be able to develop their skills, and encourage their potential at all times.

Here at Readers Are Leaders we ensure that we have the best teachers who are trained to tailor their classes to a wide range of different learning styles; usually involving individual, small-group, and large-group sessions.

We take care to assess each student's individual proficiency level and then create a plan for that student's learning. From time to time during the classes, our teachers will re-evaluate the progress of individual students and may modify their learning plan as needed.

Our teachers help many students acquire the study skills necessary to complete the work assigned in each class. They also strive to help each student improve their self-confidence throughout the course of the program.

How our program works

Our program is based on the Board of Education's Curriculum; we use the same exercise books, and texts that are used in classroom.

We cater to all students from as young as the Junior / Senior Kindergarten levels, through the Elementary to High School years , up beyond their College and University education.

First, a potential student would browse through our offered programs and subjects, and chose what they require assistance with. Then, they would complete our easy to use online registration, which will ask for general information about them. In addition, the registration will schedule a time for you to come to our facility and meet with the Program Director who will conduct your academic assessment.

Once that has been completed, and a plan of action for your goals has been made, you would simply enroll in your program and begin your sessions. It's that easy!

Readers Are Leaders - Company Profile

Busy Bees Readers Are Leaders Program was established in early 1994, and has since grown to be a full educational facility. This facility opened in early 2006; we moved in early 2009 to a new facility to better suit the needs of our students.

Our Management team, is comprised of a solid group dedicated to help our students excel. Coupled with over 35 years of solid industry experience with teaching students from all walks of life, at various ages, and with different learning styles.

Our staff are a combination of public and private school sector teachers, as well as trained business professionals who truly want to help our students recognize, and reach their potential.
